We make all of our pasta fresh using only the egg whites and not the yolks.
Therefore providing you a pasta that is fully flavored and for the most part
fat and cholesterol free. Begin fresh pasta, it will cook very quickly.

Ravioli
This is fresh ravioli, not what you will find in the supermarket. Actually you
won’t find ravioli this good in most restaurants. Note, we freeze our
ravioli after making it because it is easier for you to handle in the frozen
state.

in 1946 and has distinguished itself in the world of desserts.

Meatballs - We ship the meatballs
in from New York because they are better than we can
make. Made from
ground beef for a true Italian meatball flavor.
They are pre-cooked and frozen so all you need to do
is heat them through in a sauce or on a cookie sheet.
Bread loaves - Italian, Herbed Ciabatta,
Rosemary, Roasted Garlic, Multigrain, Sicilian, Sun-Dried
Tomato.
We purchase these breads from different distributors.
Each distributor/ bakery makes more than 20 types of
bread, but I believe what we have chosen are the best
they have to offer. They are semi baked so you can
finish then off straight out of the oven.
